1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from CK Home & Fabrics. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our fabrics and products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Measurements are approximate, and as fabric is cut to order, slight variations may occur.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless already processed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Fabrics cut to your specific measurements are non-refundable unless faulty.

Ready-made items (e.g. cushions, accessories) may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a refund or exchange.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours at info@ckhomeandfabrics.co.uk with your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
