CK Home & Fabrics is a trading name of CK HOME FURNITURE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14556128.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from CK Home & Fabrics. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our fabrics and products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Measurements are approximate, and as fabric is cut to order, slight variations may occur.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Consumers purchasing eligible products online may have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details of our cancellation and returns process.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our returns, cancellations and refunds are explained in full in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Eligible standard, ready-made products purchased online may generally be cancelled within 14 days of the day after the customer receives the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. After notifying us of cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Made-to-measure and bespoke products, including products made to a customer's specific measurements or specifications, and fabrics cut to a customer's requested length may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where applicable.
This does not affect a customer's statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Return postage and delivery costs will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@ckhomeandfabrics.co.uk with your order details and, where appropriate, clear photographs of the issue.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We are responsible for providing goods that conform to the contract and will provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
