At CK Home & Fabrics, all products are produced, prepared, or supplied with care and attention. Due to the nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Fabrics (Cut to Order)
All fabrics are cut to order to the customer’s chosen length. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for any reason.
We strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample before purchasing larger quantities to ensure suitability.
Made to Measure and Bespoke Products (Including Custom Cushions)
All made to measure and bespoke products, including custom cushions, are created specifically to the customer’s chosen size, fabric, and specifications.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
Ready Made Products (Including Cushions, Accessories, and Homeware)
All ready made products are sold as final sale.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ckhomeandfabrics.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once assessed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@ckhomeandfabrics.co.uk to request a return.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged.
- Send it to: CK Upholstery, Unit 2, Esgors, CM16 6LY, Thornwood, Essex
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or incorrect item).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund in line with this policy.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
