A £99.00 delivery charge applies to large or bulky furniture items, regardless of the total order value.

This includes items such as:

• Wardrobes
• Large furniture pieces
• Other bulky items requiring specialist furniture delivery

The applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Furniture: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery. Bespoke, made-to-order or specially sourced items may take longer. Where applicable, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

Fabrics and Home Accessories: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within approximately 2–5 working days, subject to availability.
